School Supply Train

The Junior League School Supply Train is one of our shining stars! Taking place since 1993, this program provides free school supplies, uniforms, and a new pair of shoes to area children who meet income eligibility requirements.

The Poverty Conference

The Keynote Speaker for the 2016 Poverty Conference will be Wes Moore, author of the NY Times bestseller, “The Other Wes Moore/One Name, Two Fates”.

Helping Hands

Helping Hands is a way for the Junior League of Longview, Inc. to help serve in our community through hands-on work. This project came about because of the change in composition of membership over the years to a more career based membership of women, with a desire to see immediate results of volunteering!

Done in a Day

The Junior League of Longview’s Done in a Day project is an opportunity for our membership to serve local organizations by offering our volunteer “woman” power for ONE day!

Read as ONE

Read as One promotes literacy within our Longview community by working with children, adolescents, women, and the elderly.

Skills For Success

The Junior League of Longview is proud of this new project that focuses on young women who are currently enrolled in high school. The purpose of Skills for Success is to help young women see different career options, find their passion, and give them the tools to pursue that passion successfully.
